Despite our best efforts to resolve recent issues, unfortunately the technical infrastructure provided by PowerSchool for SSO has proven to be unreliable.
Consequently, we are reverting to the direct PowerSchool login screen. This change requires you to set and save a new password.
Please follow these instructions below to reset your password:
- Request a password reset from the “Forgot Username or Password” link above.
- Your username is the email address registered with the school.
- PowerSchool’s password policy requires 8 characters.
- PowerSchool can take up to 3 minutes to send the reset link.
- If you do not receive the email password reset, or your new password will not be accepted, please contact it_helpdesk@zis.ch and we will send a temporary password.
Finally try logging into the app with your email address and new password. The app code is GQCM.
